Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom blends may require additional processing time.

Some limited release orders can take up to 3 days to process.

Due to state and local regulations, we may not be able to ship to all locations. We will notify you if we are unable to ship to your address.

We do not ship to the following states:

CA — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to California.
DE — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to Delaware.
HI — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to Hawaii.
ME — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to Maine.
OR — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to Oregon.
UT — Smoky Vale Pipe Tobacco LLC does not ship products to this state.
WA — Due to Washington State regulations, we cannot ship little cigars or loose tobacco to Washington residents.
X — We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status in your account dashboard.
